Planning Commission Public Hearing May 15, 2024

The Morton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. at the Mecosta Elementary School, 555 W. Main Street, in Mecosta, MI. 

 

Hearing #1

The hearing will be for making a motion to recommend to the Morton Township Board of Trustees to approve or deny a special use application request for the purpose of a mobile home on R-1 property. The parcel number is 5411-016-031-500. The property owner and applicant is Gary Wyse.

 

Hearing #2

The hearing will be on the application to conditionally rezone lands from A2 and R1 Districts to the Campground District on conditions offered by the applicant for the purpose of a campground and RV Resort and other possible uses offered by the applicant on land located on 105th Avenue, parcel numbers 5411-020-002-000, 5411-020-002-100, 5411-020-002-500, 5411-020-003-500, and 5411-020-003-000. The applicant is Bollman Investment Properties represented by Freshwater Hospitality Consulting.
