Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing 5/21/2024

The Morton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. The public hearing will be held at the Morton Township Hall, 290 W Main Street, Mecosta, MI.
The hearing is for the purpose of hearing an appeal for a setback variance of a wood boiler and wood storage shed which is in violation of Section 7.4.C Outdoor Solid Fuel Heating Devices, 5.14.5 Storage Buildings, and 5.15 Setbacks, of the Morton Township Zoning Ordinance. The property code is 11-194-706-000 and is located at 9081 Fawn Lake Dr. The applicant/owner is Andreas Shavalia.
The appeal application may be read at the Morton Township Hall from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday.
