ZBA Meeting Canceled 10/9/2024
The following Zoning Board of Appeals meeting for tonight has been canceled:
“The Morton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. The public hearing will be held at the Morton Township Hall, 290 W Main Street, Mecosta, MI.
The hearing is for the purpose of hearing an appeal for an off-site sign in violation of Section 7.3.14.C & E: Billboards and Off-Premises Advertising Signs, Requirements. The property code is 11-022-001-000 and is located at 8849 80th Ave. The applicant/owner is Brian Moore.
The appeal application may be read at the Morton Township Hall from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday. Comments will be heard at this meeting, or written statements may be sent to the Zoning Administrator, Jeff Charron, at the above address, by email at zoning@mortontownship.org, or call at (231) 972-7138.
