ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Morton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a special meeting on March 5, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Township Hall, 290 W. Main Street, Mecosta, Michigan.  The only business to be considered will be to table the application of Bollman Investment Properties for a use and/or dimensional variance to allow a campground and RV Resort.  This is being done in order to allow the Township Board to appoint alternate members to the ZBA to serve in place of regular members who by statute are ineligible to consider the request because they had previously participated in and voted upon matters involving the same property and matter concerned in the variance request.

A public hearing will be scheduled and notice given after alternate members have been appointed.
