Zoning Board of Appeals – Public Hearing April 17
The Morton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. at the Mecosta Elementary School, 555 W. Main Street, in Mecosta, MI.
The hearing will be on the application for a use and dimensional variance on lands from A2 and R1 Districts for an upscale RV Resort on land located on 105th Avenue; parcel numbers 5411-020-002-000, 5411-020-002-100, 5411-020-002-500, 5411-020-003-500, and 5411-020-003-000. The applicant is Bollman Investment Properties represented by Miller Johnson.
